"We visited Boone this morning and decided to try a local spot for breakfast. Service time was pretty slow. My food was underwhelming and dry. The price is pretty steep for the service and flavor of the food. Not a terrible meal, but not as good as I expected. Really-like a 3.5 of 5."

"1. Got to make a reservation. We tried to go to COBO a year ago on a weekend ski trip but it was too busy, this time we made a reservation and came in right on time and they had our table ready. Alex introduced himself as our server and quickly got our drinks and apps. Alex was absolutley fantastic as a server, knowledgeable of the menu with great recommendations. Our friend who came with us went to APP State and has COBO as his favorite sushi in NC and Alex did not let us down as they shared stories of their love of COBO and the history they have with it. Highly recommend COBO and if you can ask for Alex as your server."

"SERVICE: Molly rocked. She is super fun, and made our experience extra awesome. FOOD: We started with the mussels and fries (Moule Frites) in a cream broth. They were outstanding. A big portion of mussels and the cream sauce was so good we ended up dipping our pizza crust in it after. We got a margarita pizza with house made sausage. It was super flavorful and the dough was really nice and a bit doughy in such a great way. BEER: I tried the hipster hazy ipa?it was one of my favorite IPAs ever and I?ll be trying to find it in stores for sure."

"My husband stated that this was the best burrito he?s ever had in his life! The mango salsa was amazing!!!! Portion sizes are hefty and the taste is tempting. To top it off, the staff was incredible. Thank you!!"

"Very tasty food. I got a buffalo tempeh sandwich and the cardinal tempeh tenders. The cardinal sauce is sweet (kind of like a mix between BBQ and teriyaki). I wasn't sure I would like it but it was quite delicious."

"I swear, everything was delicious! I really enjoyed how high the food was mixed with a casual atmosphere. Our waitress (Beth) was the best. We never went without water and she was very helpful in the many questions we had. steak tartars; It was very tasteful, but on the edge of the salty. detailed breakdown of our dinner below; Okra Salad; Are they not excessively baked so that the Okra tastes come through. The Pimiento cheese pairing was nice. It doesn't need the green, but they don't do the court. To short band; Very much? if you did not have Bison short rib it is not quite like pork, but has a somewhat firmer texture. The aromas on the rib were great, the garlic potatoes also hit in place, they had small pieces of potato in them, the beautiful texture added. The vegetables were definitely boiled (the other dish at the table had better cooked vegetables), so a slight disappointment there. Emu Filet; Large aromas all around (loved the sauce) and a very nice cook on the Emu as well. It is very interesting that bird meat is as similar to steak, so something I would recommend trying. Blue Mac; Great! You don't like Blue? Cheese you won? Love it! Lemon and blueberry bar; It was good, but order the Bourbon Bread Pudding Lol. Last but not least the Bourbon Bread pudding; They've been doing it for 20 years and it shows. A big bread pudding that I won?t pamper, but would (strong) recommend you get. Well buy and eat?"
