My group quickly fanned out over the Gateway Village to shop. Shopping makes me hungry so it wasn't too long before I stopped here with family to eat a quick bite of lunch. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and lemonade. It was a very small but well-run deli. They will take your order inside and then serve you at your table. I was camping in PEI on the weekend,on the way home to NS we stopped at Gateway Village at the bridge for lunch. Not much to choose from so we tried Gateway restaurant and Deli,what a disappointment,didn't even compare to bad Midway fare,frozen fries,prefabbed hamburger patties and canned gravy eaten off dirty tables and sitting on old plastic patio furniture that seen better days. Visiting from Texas and was suggested to this placeBigtime mehVeal in lemon butter sauce was semi okay.
Grabbed a quick snack while taking in the shoppes at Gateway Village, good food, pretty good prices, great service
