I have been a KT's devotee for years so am more than slightly biased. The food is excellent and the staff friendly. I highly recommend getting a June bowl, think of it as a BBQ parfait. Also, if you get the ribs, you have to try at least one unsauced. It is a true testament to the quality that you do not need to try to cover up or add taste to the meat. 1 pound beef brisket with BBQ sauceOver cooked very dry today. Why would you serve this?I've ordered from the Arapahoe location 3 times, this is the first time I received such bad brisket. Wish I'd of checked it before I left, as I would have returned it.
