"Just minutes outside Bowling Green, this is where the locals eat delicious, homemade food. We ate a late breakfast on a Saturday. Biscuits were fluffy. Home fries expertly seasoned. Tasty bacon! So much better than a corporate Cracker Barrel-like restaurant. We’ll be back!"

"I must come back and edit my review, sadly!!!! I will still say that the food, service and atmosphere are great. But the prices are ABSOLUTELY INSANE. They TOTALLY offset all the good ! We went for lunch. Fried Mushrooms, bowl of potato soup, 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup. NO drinks; just water. Our bill was $50!!!!! HOW CAN YOU JUSTIFY THAT? We seriously thought it was a mistake! It wasn 't. If you look at their menu online, they don 't post prices!!!!! I can understand why! NO ONE WOULD GO THERE!!!! So, sadly, I retract my previous recommendation. Go to Rafferty 's if you want to spend a small fortune for a meal that is basically appetizers. Previous review: How can you NOT love Rafferty 's? If you wonder why they are always busy, there 's a reason the food is excellent! The selection is excellent! The service is excellent! And unless you walk in with a very large group, even at their busiest times, the wait is usually short. I live for their fried mushrooms! But I 've yet to try anything on their menu that wasn 't great. I HIGHLY recommend Rafferty 's! One of my favorites in Bowling Green!"

"Just visited today this nice restaurant with a friend of mine. And must say it was a good call to have a dinner at Novo Dolce. The plate I picked was The Elizabeth Chicken and it was really good. Fried chicken was tender and crispy. With vegetables and orange, bread and sauce it was a nice combination of flavors. And the local beer (Blue Stallion wheat beer from Lexington) was absolutely awesome!! Never drank it before, so I did like it and will have it now more often."
