Called in for a quick coffee and sundaes after dinner on Saturday night. Don't like the self-serve menu but glad you can still go to the counter and order from a real person. Quite busy at 8pm on a Saturday night but no delay experienced on our visit. View all feedback.

Went to try out the choc dipped cones and encountered a machine at the door that was supposed to be for express checkout. Ordered in this manner and lined up at the express queue. Had to wait until all the other queues were clear and in that time not one staff member came over to let us know that the express queue was closed - no sign either.
