Ordered online at 8:55 was meant to be ready at 9:20. Was like I was invisible in the restaurant. when i asked where our order was , they said it would be 5 mins (clearly hadn’t started making it). waited a further 30 minutes for the order to be ready. then went back to car and car was clamped due to how long it took to collect!!!! ridiculous wait time View all feedback.
Aweful service. Ended up walking out! Staff were rude and unhelpful. Couldn’t give a stuff about customers. Avoid this Nanos, absolutely disgusted.
