"Located not too far from my work, I tried this place a few weeks ago as I was tired of the usual stuff around the area and wanted something new. Located in a strip mall (beside the Second Cup) this is a great place for dine in/take out. It's clean and there are enough tables to have a large family eat in. It's not fancy, but it's clean and not run down. I ordered the chicken Shawarma platter the chicken is grilled in front of you so you know it's fresh. The meat is so juicy and flavourful. It's definitely one of the better chicken shawarma's I've had in recent memory. The rice and potatoes (my choices) were cooked to perfection and were tasty. The portions are pretty decent and the prices are a bit high but the quality, taste and friendly service makes up for it."

"Chefies looked after all of the food for my beau's 50th surprise birthday party. As a corporate event planner for a large Canadian Bank, I have a great deal of experience with high end caterers and I can honestly say that Chefies was up there with the best of them! They are extremely professional and reliable. The food was outstanding. We had beef and vegetable lasagna and I tried both they were out of this world awesome. The veggie lasagna was so full of hearty veg that I didn't even miss the meat. All of the appetizers were gobbled up and I have to say that my favourite was the smoked salmon YUM! Thank you for helping to make our night a truly memorable one. I would not hesitate to recommend Chefies for your next event! You will not be disappointed."

"First impression was concerned about cleanliness. Lots of food particles under the glass table top. Enough to feed a few mice (which is what happens) The condiment bowls on the table were filthy. I asked for clean ones. Has the fried shrimp appy and pho. Food was ok but not as good as elsewhere for pho in Newmarket."

"Yesterday, I dined at Sarpa Trattoria, a restaurant located in Toronto, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience. The ambiance was fantastic, making it a great spot for a romantic date. The service was top notch, with numerous servers attending to our table, ensuring that our experience was nothing short of excellent. Our server, an elegant blonde woman with bangs and medium length hair, provided impeccable service, making our entire dining experience comfortable and enjoyable. The Italian meat sauce pasta was undoubtedly the highlight of the meal it was absolutely delicious, and the portion of meat was generous. The honey fries were also very flavorful and enjoyable. The only minor downside was the portion size of the crispy shrimp, which could have been more generous. Additionally, the chicken cutlet served with pasta was slightly under seasoned and the pasta underneath was slightly tough. The average cost per person was $85, which I believe is a fair price for the quality of food and service provided. However, I would recommend that the restaurant take steps to ensure that children do not disturb diners, as it can be a bit noisy and can detract from the romantic ambiance. Overall, I would highly recommend Sarpa Trattoria for anyone looking for an exceptional Italian dining experience. The food and service were excellent, and the ambiance was perfect for a romantic night out."
