we order every week of spicey cottage. eating is always good, never had a bad meal. it's hot within an hour, as promised. last night it had not arrived at an hour, it was an hour 45 minutes that is unusual. I called the manager who came on the phone, explained what had happened, couldn't apologize enough. they cook everything from fresh gave us back some free starters. the manager delivered it himself. they can't ask...
