I visited this subway 22/07/20 and asked if they did the NHS discount. The lady serving said yes, I showed her my work badge, me in my uniform at work, and my NHS email as my NHS card is left at work in the computer. She still refused any discount because she 'wasnt trained to accept anything other than a card when I proved I was a NHS worker. Just ridiculous, no need for that when it was clear I was not lying. Great staff with generous servings. Only drawback is the lunchtime rush from the nearby school of course but that can't be helped
