Pizza Hut - Braintree

Absolutely amazing staff had the least delay (5 mins max) after. pick up time and was offered a bottle drinks free, which I rejected, since was only 5 minutes and pizza so well tasted. was nice to be asked how I didn't order with any cheese when it was an allergy or just a preference, how had other well know pizza brands not disturb what was amazing. they would recommend

Fantastic place to eat, is extremely busy on Fridays and Saturdays, which is understandable, so some paints it is a little wait, but we compensate for this by ordering a little earlier, or eating midweek, eating all the way comes to a high standard, piping hot and tasty all the drivers are so friendly, especially that stevie chap, and the youngs are all kinds of phone to talk. thanks for keeping the good work

We had a delivery from this restaurant in Braintree, Essex. It was absolutely terrible! Save your money! We were told it would arrive in 30 minutes but it took an hour. Everything was cold - the garlic bread, the pizza, the nachos. We will not be ordering from here again.

I was extremely disappointed when my partner and I visited this restaurant to place an order a few Sundays ago. We walked in and I requested my usual order of a deep pan pizza for myself and an Italian meat-free pizza for my partner (who does not eat meat). We have ordered online from this place at least 3 or 4 times over the past year. We had to question one order in the past because it was a meat option instead of the meat-free option we had ordered (which was refunded). This time, when we placed our order in person, the staff member had to get the manager because he did not understand what I was asking for. The manager came out and informed me that they had not made the meat-free Italian Sausage pizza in ages. I was shocked and my partner was disgusted by this deceitful practice of putting meat in vegetarian options. Beware!

I forgot to order dips with my cheesy bites pizza, but after a phone call, they were able to add them to my order without any issues. The pizza arrived quickly and was nice and hot.
