Wanted two teas. Had to wait almost 15 minutes! Whilst waiting noticed that none of the waiting staff had their hair tied back as they should have. The place seemed run down and tatty. The tea, however, was good, but did not really make up for all the other shortcomings includin having to go through the food prep area to reach the toilets.
