After a mishap the other night, I received a refund and must say I am very satisfied. The staff went out of their way to personally refund me £5. My sister always raves about the shakes and desserts at Eis Mania, and the staff members are always friendly. The individual who handled my situation was very professional and helpful. the desserts are nice, but I just ordered to eat and waited 3 hours. I would go in and not command me because it's always late and mega to boot the hole too late out of it. I could have gone in the time that it needed to remove a contract of 4 miles, in glasgow. View all feedback.
