this place was a landmark dinner for as far back as I can remember since I was a child. they are the prices are fair, eating / service are always on place. I get mainly breakfast the most time lunch once in the time. the staff is knowledgeable friendly for everything they are looking for. many seats in the interior if they don't want to eat in a hurry. What User doesn't like about Duchess Family:
Worst experience ever. Waited in a Drive-Thru after placing the order for 15 minutes never received order. Call the restaurant and asked for them to cancel my order. No questions asked they said okay. Looking at my bank statement I was still charged for the meal. I contact a customer service via phone and via email. I even left a message for the district manager at our neighboring store which I spoke to the store man... View all feedback.
My only complaint is the salad . Don't waste your time . I asked for dressing on the side because they drench your salad in dressing . The salads aren't small so the idea of saving for later is out the window when there is so much dressing in the salad . A waste of money
I'm filling a complaint with DoorDash because my order was incorrect!!! 1. Big D Cheeseburger Combo: No cheese on the burger, I ordered two orders of onion rings and only got 1 order and the food arrived cold. 2. Chicken Cob Salad: Had no chicken, instead it had some type of wrap bread chopped on top of the salad looking like chicken. I called the manager she had an excuse for the onion ring mistake and had no clue why the salad order had chopped bread on top instead of chicken. I still gave the DD driver her cash tip because it was not her fault.
Yummy a BLT was delicious an the turkey melt was ol so delicious.. that a great way to start your day off
If you've been following my reviews, I have Celiac. I ordered the veggie egg omelet and the cashier asked what else? I replied I can't have anything else as I have a gluten allergy. The cashier recommended the home fries and turkey sausage. I couldn't find what type of sausage served online, but assuming all is good; I was excited to have a breakfast option. Lunch would be the salad with grilled chicken (no croutons or the like).
The people are friendly, but 9/10 times they usually mess my order up. Get onions and peppers added onto the breakfast sandwichs and it's usually missing. If it wasn't for that they'd get 4 stars, but it happens so often I come to expect them to not do there jobs correctly.
