within the health food business they offer some tasty bajan lunch options for a reasonable price. I really liked her soyburger chicks and the benefits. they always have full grain. the linseed cake, samosas and soyburgerrolle, which I did not like too much. they also have big shakes of 6 b, but they put too much ice in my mind. let them also know if they don't like sweeteners in their shake. they have beautiful cakes... we had planned for lunch, but after reading the menu and eating that we decided not to see. it is not a veggie caffe and is the only place where we have been in whose makkaroni cake cut hotdog sausages. very disappointing if they are in the opposite on mon, tuns, thurs or fri, I would recommend the roots reggae cafe on top of the cheap side market for a very tasty lunch.
