It's been a few years since I've stayed at this hotel and despite a warm welcome I was disappointed that my balcony door was broken and unopenable. Apparently the hotel was full, but the reception staff managed to find me a room an hour later to move to. I appreciated this but not the attitude I got from one of the reception staff members.
