I had to cancel the booking due to an accident. After the cancellation by phone, the hotel staff said that the room would be released again and, depending on the booking, a reduced fee would be charged. After that, no one reported. After I asked again, the hotel showed no goodwill at all and ultimately did not refund a cent. I am very disappointed with that! View all feedback.
