Super nice staff!! Only recommended! Great view from the room unique. Great breakfast. A little bit hidden and therefore not too crowded. You can relax here

"We have visited Cafe 3692 on 4th of June, taking rather short yet steep hiking trail. The place is cozy, wonderfully situated with a gorgeous mountain view. The food is all organic and local, make sure to try the desserts!"

"Definitely not a 4.7 star restaurant, got fooled by the reviews to dine here. Flies can be seen when we entered the restaurant but decided to give it a try because of the high rating. We also saw packaged frozen lasagne on their counter while waiting to be seated. Ordered the focaccia but it came in a pizza form. Pizza frutti di mare was packed with ingredients but tasted frozen. Left the place feeling disappointed."

"Visited for dinner on a weeknight. Ate outside and ordered Fish Chips and the Vegetable Pie. Menu had some traditional pub choices as well as salads and burgers. Great service. Laid back , friendly environment—order food and drinks at the bar and they will...deliver to your table."

"We had a nice stay here. we were able to book connection rooms (the brunette rooms) as we were on the move with our children and it worked great. the rooms were not luxurious, but they were very comfortable and had all the space and conveniences we needed. wengen is beautiful and hotel baren was in a great location on the main street, but very close to for easy access. the eating was extraordinary that we made the mistake not to book half board and eat it there twice, because it was the best in the city. we only speak English and communication with the employees was very easy."

"Dinner menu starts only at 6/7PM and is usually full/reserved, so don't expect to be seated right away. you are warned. Outside seating has great view of the mountains, however it was closed when we got there as it was snowing. i had hausgemache tagessuppe mit Grindelwalder Schüblig-wurst und brot (homemade soup of the day with sausage bread) my friends had the salmon. portions were good for one person."

"I had moved to Thun just two days before I went to this bar, for my husband's birthday. It was more than I could have expected. The cocktails are unbelievably beautiful as wad the venue. The bartenders know every bar drink under the sun and their cocktails are amazing. I ordered the French martini, off-menu, and it was the best I have ever had. The venue has subtle lighting, comfy chairs and a back room that apparently is home to live music. I can't wait to go back!"
