I understand that the whole world is short staffed and any time you go to El Taco Loco it's going to be at least a minimum of an hour wait. That is perfectly understandable and I've accepted it. What's not acceptable is waiting over an hour for your food then receiving food that is undercooked in one order and food that is still cold like it came right out of the fridge and was poorly microwaved in another order.Sham...
