beautiful small Italian caffe, good choice to eat. the arancini are beautiful and for what you get it is quite cheap. it is worth seeing a little when they are in the opposite, I guess they fight a bit because there is a lot of Italian eating places on james road, but cafe etna certainly offer something else.
