What User likes about Fritz Brighton:
this place opened at the beginning of this year. if they are in sausages that are tasty and substantive, they will like it here. there are also poutins (chips, gravy and cheese/chilli), which are quite large. almost too big. tipp: ask for half a size and pay a little less. the chaps who work here are always happy. recommended for lunch, but it is quite busy. The chips were quite nice, but the guy behind the counter LAUGHED at me for asking for vinegar. Apparently they don't even have vinegar on the premises. Fine, if staying true to the purity of your own culinary culture is more important to you than giving the customer what they want, but don't LAUGH at them for asking for some vinegar on chips.
