Everyone is so lovely at Ala's and I spend most of my lunch time's there and whenever I have the time to go out I always end up having a coffee there! Such a lovely, clean café and they treat their customers so well! Also have vegetarian options which is always a bonus!!! View all feedback.

They forgot our order and when the food did arrive 50mins later our poached eggs were hard and we just wanted our money back so we could leave. Manager/owner refused to give us our money back and said it wasn’t his problem. Not one single apology from him. His staff were so embarrassed they kept apologising to us behind his back.
