The menu is limited (for room service, it’s mostly burgers) but the breakfasts and the sandwiches (catering for a meeting) that I had were excellent and good-value. Food was average. The customer service was beyond awful. The female waiter (blond hair) was so sour and rude. She couldn't remember our order and lost an order docket. We waited 3scoops of icecream and a slice of banana for 30mins. When we gently reminded her that we haven't got our dessert yet, she gave us no apology and went back in the kitchen and told us she lost an order docket.
