a very good example how to cook a steak, rare, good quality filet to perfection. also super and everything spiced to a teenager. one of us has a milk and egg tolerance, so that the staff consulted the kitchen and came back with a mango sorbet and fresh fruit dessert. to round it, the customer service was top notch. keep the standard types, they are fantastic.
