The hot choc is gluten free and available with a selection of plant milks (no cream) and was just what I needed to revive me and get me home after a very busy trip away. The staff are absolute gems, very sweet and helpful. There are nice sofas if you can get them too View all feedback.
What Sophie Cleary doesn't like about Caffe Nero Bristol Union Street:
Lovely staff (the students), except for the one ginger-y guy with a fake French accent who's rude to everyone all the time. Why are you constantly huffing, eyerolling and so condescending, if you’re so miserable, leave. Trust me you won’t be missed. View all feedback.
Absolutely Awful. Visited 22 May 2024 1pm, ordered a Latte Grande to go, served by a friendly female (ginger hair who also made my coffee. By the time I drank it, I was already a distance away from the branch and it's the worse coffee I've bought (not just by Nero but overall . Watery, tasteless and undertones of burnt (did she reuse coffee grind? . So bad, couldn't drink it.
Nice friendly staff situated in the heart of Clifton, coffee and food good quality
Average cafe nero/chain coffee shop. Plastic tea bags.
I don't actually have any comment on the café but one staff member who worked every friday always remembered me and was so lovely. She was also very helpful with the difficulties from me being on crutches. That being said I actually don't like the coffee here and think it's all far too overpriced.
Its a cafe nero so you know what to expect, however if you are in the area there are alot of independent cafes to try. The ever changing seasonal beverages do often drag me back and have yet to let me down when I need a sweet treat and there is plenty of outdoor seating so perfect when the sun is out.
