Contribute Feedback What Linda M doesn't like about Punjabi Deli:
Where is the spice? If you are looking for authentic Punjabi food then this is not the place. The food, albeit cheap $8.50 for rice and 3 choices of vegetarian dishes , is not very spiced cumin, coriander, Garam masala, etc. nor is it cayenne pepper hot. I had to put a lot hot sauce to make it spicy hot. Food is prepared hours in advance so a microwave is used to heat up unevenly the food. View all feedback.
Decent prices but the taste can be better. Overall portion was ok but curry was less. Food was bland
Cheap, you get what you pay for. They microwave the food right in front of you
Fast service, authentic food. my fiancée is from new delhi so we are very picky about good indian food. the spinach and chickpea curry was not flavorful — especially the saag needed more spices and salt. the #6 and #7 were phenomenal. my fiancée kept eating off my plate! also very very affordable for a hot meal.
The food was so delicious, and I loved the Indian tea (chai),,.
