During their lunch rush, they seemed to be under a lot of pressure and did not completely heat up my sandwich, I told the lady who was adding topping tomatoes and she put spinach and had difficulty understanding me, than took the spinach off the sandwich and put it back in the bin...sorta gross...than at check out getting the combo and I asked the manager or owner a few times for the cookie.
