"Delicious 3 course meal today. All 3 courses were really tasty. Can highly recommend. Really nice setting and atmosphere both indoors and outside. The staff were really friendly too. Very efficient, in and out in 2 hours however the meals were spaced perfectly and we didn't feel rushed at all. 10/10"

"Really loved this place . We were in the Hunter Valley for a week and decided to splurge on the better restaurants this time round . We ate at Eremo , Botanica, Hunters quarter , Yellow Billy , the Gates and a few lower ranked places like legends grill and Gold fish . I think this place was our favorite just above or on par with the Gates . I love a good steak meal and Eremo nailed it . The Staff were great and so friendly . The view and location is great . When we talked about which one we will go back to first its probably Eremo and get the shared T bone with the veggies and potatoes again . It was just such a great meal . Maybe not as sophisticated as the others but its all about taste at the end of the day ."

"Super impressed by kawul. very friendly waiting staff and a beautiful balcony setting. we had the house made damper with garlic butter, gnocchi with macadamia cream and burger. all vegan and tasty! big weine from the weinberg and made home so. that is beautiful, opposite the weinberg. in any case recommend when they are in the hunter."
