What Shaz234567 doesn't like about Costa:
Usually exceptional, but yesterday's experience was disappointing. The staff was not great, the toast was very slow to arrive, and the coffee was served in a Christmas-themed cup even though it is not Christmas. The cappuccino tasted different, very milky, and overall not up to the usual five-star standard. View all feedback.
Service was spectacular. had to say nothing like the girls know what I like to drink. the load is always clean and tidy up to standard. I come here every day and all the girls here are so beautiful and welcoming very polite. Keep it on girls!

Amazing service with an incredible smile of a dame called chloe, made an amazing flat white that had not only incredible art, but the taste rocked my world! what a jewel of a coworker!
Free cake for my Birthday and had enough for a free coffee too , happy days
