Breakfast FULL ENGLISH £7.50 sausage patty, bacon, eggs, mushrooms beans, tomatoes, mini roasties toast. We have tried a lot of full English breakfasts. The quality of ingredients and value for money takes some beating. You can even make your own. We sat outside on their terrace with our doggies as it was a lovely, sunny morning. Well below par today 3 of us had breakfast and 2 of them the eggs were uncooked and slimy, the tomatoes were just about warm and mushrooms not fried enough! For 30 pound you expect it bang on and the service has never been great each time I have came won’t be visiting again! Only positive was the sausage patty View all feedback.
We go to the hidden Bakery every Friday for our breakfast. We have the small breakfast that is Plenty!...God knows how big the normal breakfast is. Fav place for coffee too...the coffee machine looks like the starship enterprise : Staff forever helpful!
The highlight of this place is the food. Quality ingredients and an imaginative menu which is so reasonably priced I do wonder how they make a profit. Service is a little slow, but this is because everything is cooked freshly to order so is worth the wait. The only down side is availability of tables as there is very little room. They have made bookings available now, but if you’re feeling spontaneous then you have to take pot luck and hope they can squeeze you in.
We have been to the hidden bakery on numerous occasions and every time we leave happy. The service is brilliant and the food is delicious. We usually ring up to book a table first as seating is limited but they have always found room for us. Our place to go on a Saturday morning now for breakfast and coffee. Well done guys!!!
Fabulous hot food . Nothing was too much trouble. Faultless reasonable priced and highly recommend. Best breakfast we have all ever had . Perfect !
A lovely place that is just that little bit quirky. The two staff that were there, that I assumed were the owners, were really friendly and welcoming. The kitchen was open and immaculately clean. I had the veggie one pot breakfast which had halloumi, avocado, home baked bread, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, and potatoes. Cooked beautifully. Well done, we’ll definitely be coming back.
