I decided to try this place for the first time. a 1/4 lb brisket. there is nowhere to sit, so I had to go home and eat it home. also, they order where the drivethru is so cautious that they will not overflow. Anyway, I'll put that brisket on a plate. was disappointed that about 60% of what I received was just hits of fat that I threw into the garbage. very little flesh left. taste? not as salty as I want. very fat.
