What User likes about La Papa Loca:
5 stars for the delicious carne asada fries, which is a huge portion! 3 stars for the staff who seem disinterested in moving any faster then a snail's pace. I was there on a not very crowded day and waited about 10 minutes after I placed more order to get the food. If you're in the mood for some fries, go here for sure but be prepared to wait.
