I believe corporate should step in regarding the behavior of the managers at this location. During my visit, one of the managers, Alex—who has curly hair—was quite unprofessional. She almost dropped my drinks while handing them out, and when I requested something, she rudely told me "no" and insisted that I leave because she had "things to do." Honestly have never posted a review on anything, but I wanted to compliment this McDonalds. I didn't ask anything special, but I haven't been inside a fast food place in a while because they are all understaffed right now. This McDonalds' lobby was open, it was recently renovated and nice and clean, the service was fast and they had genuinely nice and helpful staff, I only interacted with one guy in the front but he was working hard and efficiently but yet so kind. The burgers and fries were hot and fast, the slushee thing was a good consistency, and I was just genuinely thoroughly impressed. Great job guys!
Got in late last night after traveling, stopped at McDonald's. Order was correct, staff was friendly(which we always love to see) food was delicious! Thanks!
Yet again, they forgot my sauce. That is deadass like the billionth time they've done that, and they already suck in the first place.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Went in to get coffee today and as i 'm ordering and there menu says very big TRY OUR DONUT STICKS so i order a 6 pack and they tell me that they dont sell them anymore, then i order a black coffee and a Carmel macchiato... i pull up to the window and they tell me to pull forward after already waiting in line for 35 min. So i pull forward and another 25 min goes by and they finally bring out my coffee, i go to ask why it took so long and the manager walks away from me, he then proceeds to tell me he 's of corporate so there 's nothing i can do, so here i am. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT. go to a real corporate mcdonalds
Ordered 4 McDoubles with no pickle and add mayo, and they just completely smothered the burgers with mayo, like the entire wrapping was filled with mayo and the burgers were completely covered. Not sure if it was intentional because they get annoyed by requests that force them to make a new burger or If they don't have the common sense to add a proportionate amount of additional sauce when it's requested by a customer. The workers here are lacking in either manners or common sense, or both.
