I believe corporate should step in regarding the behavior of the managers at this location. During my visit, one of the managers, Alex—who has curly hair—was quite unprofessional. She almost dropped my drinks while handing them out, and when I requested something, she rudely told me "no" and insisted that I leave because she had "things to do."
