Have been dreaming of their eggs Benedict for 6+ months. Promised my friend that they were brilliant. Severely disappointed. Gone is the big, fluffy, thick sound ought and now this flat, over toasted hardness. The eggs weren't runny the hollandaise was basic, almost feels like it was a store bought one.
