Had yum cha for lunch today, was a little disappointed by the food. The steamed beef dim sims were a little hard and tough, steamed Pork buns were sticky and lacking in flavour, salt and pepper pork was tough (seasoning good), sesame prawn toast and the chicken skewers were the best.
