Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

The food was good. They lady at the front counter seemed bothered by our presence. Just seemed like she was ready to call it a day. No smile, no hi, no welcome in. Just what do you want? Also forgot to give me the Braums sauce that I paid extra for. But I would go again and give it a try.

Employees do not wash hands in between making ice cream and register. None of the employees seemed to enjoy their job or greet people at all.

I 'm sorry to say that my recent experiences with the poppy seed salads at Braum 's ' Burleson and Fort Worth locations have not been up to the usual high standard. While I have been a loyal customer in the past, for the past 4 to 5 months, I have noticed that the salads have contained several pieces of brown lettuce. I wanted to give Braum the benefit of the doubt by waiting to write this review, but I feel that this issue needs to be addressed. I had to throw away half of my salad due to the brown lettuce, which was disappointing. Although the fruit was still fresh, the lettuce was not, and this has impacted my decision to no longer purchase salads from Braum. I appreciate your team 's attention to this matter, and I hope that improvements can be made soon.

No complaints about the restaurant, but they are constantly out of certain flavors of ice cream in the grocery store. I care for an elderly parent who only eats certain flavors. Never have this issue at the Arlington store.

Kaelynn was super sweet and helpful. Great time for a super busy Wednesday night.
