"They both forgot. it was a little overworked to close pretty soon, but it hadn't been overwhelming. the people were nice, but now I have to call the load or visit to get my money back on the riders and I'm skeptical what they're saying to me since they were part of the meal. this process should be easier. before, they forgot one of two riders, two or three times now. it's easy to suck, but it shouldn't be so hard to put together a job with two meals."

Had breakfast there Saturday- food excellent, service excellent, place was clean and had a modern vibe- owners paid attention to detail with regards to furnishings, fixtures, and paint scheme. Value was excellent for breakfast, good for dinner- Came back that same day for dinner. I will be back- keep up the great work. Staff both times- very friendly and professional"

"My wife and I have eaten a handful of time here and the customer service was to be expected. Not good. That's good, but the last time my wife tried to order food on the phone she was directed to use the app. Then she tried to use the app she couldn't put into our order. I think it's because we ordered at 8:15. 45 minutes to close the time, the app was switched off the staff did not want to do any work. Then I called several times and the first time it was immediately suspended, suggesting that an employee hit the separator button. All other times it hangs for an outbreak time after pressing option 2 and then. I live 5 minutes away and went there and called. It hung up several times. So I went to the store and called again. It rings and I see a two black female. One on a chair that looked like the Storr phone. There was an oriental worker actually working, sweeping and wiping tables. He's a hispanic guy standing around the front where you're ordering, just stood until I approached him. I asked him who the manager was to whom he called me. I explained about my wife who was called and led to use the app that didn't work. He had nothing to say. I asked him if he was the owner if he wanted his employees to throw customers away. No answer again. So I asked why no one would pick up the phone because I called six times. He said they were probably busy to answer that this is not true. I called 10 minutes. I even called when I went to the door so that it wasn't true. Then I asked who owns this franchise, and he said I'm new here. If this guy is the manager, he should be fired. Employees standing around except the girl who works even though they are paid. They'd all be fired if I got the place. For whomever this owner is or reads this post. Ask your employees why they steal the working time. I'll never come to this facility to eat as long as these people work."

"Hope you like sugar. The Key Lime Margarita should really be named The Melted Lime Sherbet Ice Cream If there was any alcohol in it, I missed it. The Cajun Pasta would have been a decent dish but who makes this with a SWEET sauce? Sickening. Well let's be positive. My wife's tenderloin was good she said. I'd further add the inept service, incorrect bill and the request for a second glass of wine that never showed up. Never again."
