"The staff was not very nice, but not rude. The waiting period was a long time and when I got my food, I got the wrong taco. (I had ordered a sharp roasted catfish and roasted green tomatoes) Instead of the fired green tomatoes I received a Korean taco. Since the waiting period was so long, I decided to just go with it because I was very hungry and impatient, and I am happy that I did it! The tacos were absolutely phenomenal. The catfish was cooked perfectly until it felt like I would bite in butter! it was so tender! They had the perfect amount of sauce, it was perfectly seasoned, and the tortillas were amazing. The beef of the Korean taco was amazing and sweet, decorated with fresh jalapeños, it was absolutely perfect! I really like the tables, they were maps of North Carolina, South Carolina and part of Virginia. I and my older sister really enjoyed visiting our hometown and some of our favorite places. It helped a lot with the waiting time. Overall, I would recommend a wonderful restaurant to everyone unless you can be short on time."

"Loved the atmosphere and decor! We received a chef sample to try out six different dishes. I went with the Lobster Bisque and it was delicious! We also ordered fried okra for an appetizer. Fast service and great food!"

"Stopped in for breakfast while in town with family. I am breakfast lover. Combine my favorite meal with the nostalgia of this little diner, I was in heaven. Do not downplay how it looks from the outside. It?s a quaint little spot, but their breakfast is awesome! Definitely a spot I would hit up again."
