What User doesn't like about New Starlet Seafood:
Booked 3 tables for lunch, but in an hour ahead to make a change to 4. Some friends did not change their minds, so ended immediately and can only 3 tables. But after we had set ourselves, their manager forced us to pay for the extra reservation $239 when he went to buy a fish for us and the kitchen already cooked.
