I think the Front desk staff try to the best of their abilities to accommodate questions and enquiries and help when they can (some of them at least), my only issue is the delay in parcel sorting and delivery. You could get an important mail, but it doesn't get to you until it's sorted and then you receive an email to come to the front desk, by then it's late. Family housing is thr worse building I have ever lived. They have provided a ‘‘fob’’ but out of sudden it didnt work in holidays. Their office was close and we were in too much trouble to be able to fix it. Also, the underground parking lot remote control stopped working and we got stuck at home and lost our holidays.
