Well this place was a pleasant surprise. I wasn't expecting much but it was pretty tatsy ramen! You can customize the ramen a bit if you want (I just got the shoyu with no customizations, perfect for me). What really stood out was the pork and chicken broth, it is quite different from other ramen shops. I guess this is the taste of the Yokohama style ramen. Very disappointed because we came for the good reviews. Skip the steam pork bun because it’s so underwhelming and definitely not worth $3.5 for that small portion and super dry pork. The ramen noodles are very hard even we ordered normal. Cha siu in the ramen was very dry and bland.
