"We have been to The Owl Tea Rooms in the past for lunch but today we decided on a late breakfast the English breakfast was very, very good good quality ingredients (sausage, eggs, bacon, etc. plus the best black pudding. "When we walked in the restaurant felt cold and we realized that the radiator next to us was not on. This made for a miserable experience in February. Poppadoms came very quickly, but we waited half an hour to order, then the food came within...minutes. Food was ok, but nothing special. We ate quickly and left, deciding to have coffee at home because it was so chilly."
