Tried Zambrero's for the first time the other day when they had 7 dollar burrito bowls on, food was awesome I had a big order due to all my wife's work mates wanting some, all of them made perfectly and the lady serving me knew which one I was having and made sure it was a big serving Overall great experience and friendly staff! What User doesn't like about Zambrero BYFORD:
$18 burrito that was made incorrectly (with vegan options which cost more), and when I called to let them know, they suggested they could take my name down to make sure when I came in next they made my order correctly not offering to replace the incorrectly made burrito, unless I wanted to drive 15 min each way back now (815pm) to get a replacement.Not really good enough guys. If you’re going to offer vegan options, make sure you look after these people or we won’t come back.
