"I stopped in calabash creamery because my wife eaten ice. she had the banan gap and I had a hot chocolate with pumpkin. They were both pretty good. as they go into them, they are heated with a large counter with a great selection of domestic made ice aromen. there is a deep cooler on the side with a series of pints that go into grabber and go container. they rise to the counter where they can see the available aromes. there are signs that rehearsals are not available due to the pandemic. they offer so many flavors I hope they start rehearsing at some point. Once they choose their ice cream, they are asked about whipped cream and everything else they want. they pay at the right end of the counter. they also offer bottled drinks in a cooler next to the area where they pay. they offer filled water, root beer, etc. this is a great place for ananas eis. Several people asked for this taste while we waited. I'm back."

"I was turned on to this place by another Veteran who moved to the area. You can go out for a fishing trip, go by for a bite to eat or take home fresh seafood and prepare it the best way you know how. In a week's time I ended up there twice and it was a 30-45 minute drive each way for me. Completely worth the trip! The Shrimp was Devine... Fresh, Sweet and Right off the Boat. Extremely reasonable in pricing. The first time, I ended up cleaning the shrimp by myself. Let's just say I developed a quick and healthy respect for anyone who has to clean shrimp... Second time, paid the extra $2.00 a pound and enjoyed the experience so much more! This trip, I didn't go out on the boat or eat their prepared food. I will be going back and will do both at some point. The guys were great to talk to. Friendly, Helpful and really enjoyed our talks. If your in Calabash, I would Highly Recommend making this one of your stops!"

"Stumbled upon this place after a day at Sunset Beach and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! Lots of seating both inside and out and pet friendly outside! We had the crab cake burger, flounder sandwich and the oyster sandwich, as well as fries. Everything was fresh and not oily tasting! We will be back!"
