"We were returning to the Channel Tunnel and saw this restaurant on TA and decided to give it a try. Boy were we glad that we did. The restaurant is very easy to find just off Jct. 60 of the Ostend/Calais road.Do not be put off by the somewhat plain exterior the food inside is anything but plain. Superb, classic French cooking at its best. From the "amuse bouche" to the desserts we had some of the best food I have ever eaten. You can chose to let the Maitre suggest the wines to go with each course or do your own thing. Don't be afraid just to ask for a jug of tap water if that's your thing.As you would expect in an establishment like this service is excellent, but as in really good French establishments don't expect a hurried meal. After all it would be a shame to rush such a meal.Certainly the best meal I have had in France and up with some of the best I have had in London.Price is very reasonable for what you get. Best to make a reservation as we were there on a Friday Lunchtime and it was full."
