I wasn't expecting much when I walked into the place but Cafe 16 quickly changed my mind. The ramen I ordered was delicious and the service was on point!! I was in and out in less than 30 mins and my server had the best customer service I've seen in a long while!! Will definitely be going back very soon. View all feedback.
