Fuji Ramen and Sushi was a delightful surprise one afternoon. We arrived, and were warmly greeted by the owner who seated us immediately. Food is outstanding. All dishes were excellent and we did not have a favourite, as each dish was superb. We also liked that they recycle all of their chopsticks as shown in the photos below. Decided to try Seafood ramen that was low rated in reviews. It’s very oily like VERY, inside 2-3 shrimps (small) one egg (cut in half, calamari not much, onion and noodles. I mean you can get something better for $20 almost anywhere. I will not comeback. Looking on the menu I could say it’s overpriced for the food you get. View all feedback.
