I enjoy going here for lunch on my days off. The lunchbox special is reasonable, the items varied and are always fantastic. I have yet to go for dinner, but can;t wait to grab a group and go. Lunch is easy alone. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Sushi Kawa:
It was our friends' birthday and there were the 4 of us out dining that evening. Ordered a bunch of stuff including pan fried/seared fish of some sort...and other items. The bill came to $250. My gf and I went to McDonalds after as we were still hungry...Thought this place was overprice! View all feedback.

"Not your typical sushi restaurant. This was a unique experience as the sushis were not typical rolls, but more like Nigiris. The flavors were quite new as well. They present the food beautifully (great for those who like to take pictures), prices were in line with competitors, servers who pop up with simple eye contact and a nice cozy ambience. Try the sushi made with snow crab, that was our favorite. The restaurant is small so it is always a great idea to book a reservation."

"We have been coming to this location many times every time we come to Calgary from Saskatchewan the whole staff has the best and the professional customer service. The food is fresh and delicious as always I?m so glad that they are making sure everybody is following the rules and also they have hand sanitizers all over the place keep up the hard work during this pandemic. Because we come to this location as a group from all of us we have to say thank you so much to the whole management for everything they are doing!!! And I really recommend Jerusalem Shawarma to anyone who haven?t tried their delicious food yet!!! We will come back again and again!!"
