What Connor Herman doesn't like about The Nash Restaurant & Off Cut Bar:
Just a warning about the candied salmon BLT. When I think candied salmon, I think of sweet deeply smoked salmon. This appeared to be a regular salmon filet that was not sweet or seasoned on very fatty and moist pork belly that left the toast soggy. Way too fatty together and the flavour profile was just peculiar. I think the candied salmon I expected might work with nicely cooked pork belly, but this was not a succes... View all feedback.

Had a good time, went for dinner, food was good, the cod cheeks dish was unique, enjoyed it. Nice deco, nice environment, definitely worth trying.
