"This was a pleasant surprise as many restaurants inside hotels are not all that great. This is very nice restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, good service and very good good. I was not expecting much but the food was well prepared and very enjoyable. I have been back twice. I had lasagna and caesar salad the first time and it was one of the best meals I have had. The 2nd time I had their prime rib and it was delicious. The prices are quite reasonable too. Worth checking out and conveniently located on Lakeshore drive."

"We walked over from our hotel across the road and enjoyed a couple of beverages in this room. The lights and music are low and the atmosphere warm. It seemed that there are many locals who frequent this spot judging from customer/staff interactions. We didn't...dine here (there is an adjoining upscale restaurant) but I'd guess the food is very good, again judging from what we saw and heard from others. We also chatted with the owner at the bar... a friendly charming fellow."
